hcc is happy to introduce itself: concept - competence - activities |
|
We are convinced that every work is done faster and more efficiently if it is done with pleasure and easiness.
The major concerns which our participants often express are: being able to feel good at work, enjoying going to work, getting on well with each other.
Starting from that, we were asking ourselves:
"Does work necessarily have to be frustrating?" and "Why does enthusiasm get lost in the daily routine?"
Our experience in working with a lot of people has shown us one thing: most of the time, the causes lie in a lack of strategies. Be it complaints by patients, conflicts with colleagues or superiors or difficult situations like death, grief, suffering and all the feelings that are attached to them: it’s always about recognising and realising one’s own possibilities and finding a connection to the others.
The competence of an entire corporation also depends on how every single individual is aware of his or her possibilities and skills and how much he or she is motivated to bring them in.
We owe our competence to various factors:
- our intensive labour and scientific work in the health sector since 1994
- our international networks
- the cooperation with our clients
- over 6.000 seminar participants up to now
- last not least our own joy and fun in what we are doing together with the people at and around hcc
Together with our clients, we develop interventions and strategies which have a lasting effect due to our FOKUS:PRAXIS - approach.
We have three guiding principles:
- Every human being and every system already hold all the necessary resources. Most oft the time, it’s just a question of becoming more sensible about them and utilizing them.
- We prefer “Minimal-Invasive Interventions”: Often the simplest things and the smallest changes result in the most successful and lasting changes. It is important here to find the right “trigger” that can cause the highest results.
- The FOKUS:PRAXIS approach combines excellent solutions from practical experience with new insights from psychology, communication science and medicine. We can therefore make sure that all interventions (seminars, projects) can be applied to everyday activities easily and instantly.
Against the backdrop of these ideas we create all our interventions and seminars in a way that ensures that all participants and organisations develop helpful strategies for everyday situations as well as for exceptional ones so that fun, success, easiness and creativity can find their way back into the daily routine.
